Conexx Platform can be implemented by customers through two operating models’ options:
- Platform-Only Solution – with this option, customer retains the current in-house management & oversight processes for property management while leveraging an enterprise-wide benefit derived from implementation of Conexx Platform for automation and efficient service delivery. This option standardises processes and provides transparency on jobs and costs
- Full Outsourced Property Management Model – Under this model Pioneer Connect would take over the full property management function from the customer and provide end to end property management of service delivery including taking on the current staff and handyman team involved with delivering this service currently. We would transition all contractors and suppliers to Pioneer Connect. The outsourced service delivery will be enabled by deployment of Conexx Platform across the customer operations and branches. In addition to the Platform Only Solution, this option provides customer to focus on their core business and in the longer term achieve even better cost outcomes through the leverage and synergies of the aggregated spend of all the customers using the full outsourced model.
